2 Public Trustee Amendment (No. 2) No. 175, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 June 1993. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Public Trustee Regulation 1989 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.6 (Forms) 4. Section 6— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Forms ‘6.(1) The form prescribed for the purposes of section 15 of the Act is the form approved by the Public Trustee. ‘(2) The following documents are to be in the form approved by the Public Trustee— (a) a request in writing mentioned in section 60(1) of the Act; (b) a notice of request mentioned in section 60(2) of the Act; (c) an appointment in writing of an auditor mentioned in section 60(3) of the Act; (d) writing evidencing the appointment of an auditor mentioned in section 60(4) of the Act. ’.

(2) Section 10(1)(l)(x)— omit, insert— ‘ (x) for the production of a document at the office of the solicitor for the person entitled to the custody of the document or any government department; ’.
