2 Public Trustee Amendment (No. 2) No. 445, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 January 1993. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Public Trustee Regulation 1989 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.9 (Interest payable on moneys in the Common Fund) 4.(1) Section 9(1)(a)(i) and (ii), 9(1)(b)(i) and (ii) and 9(1)(c)(ii)— omit ‘ 9.5% ’, insert ‘ 8.0% ’. (2) Section 9(1)(a)(iii)(A), 9(1)(c)(i) and 9(1)(d)(i)— omit ‘ 4.5% ’, insert ‘ 3.0% ’. (3) Section 9(1)(a)(iii)(B) and 9(1)(d)(ii)— omit ‘ 6.5% ’, insert ‘ 5.0% ’. ENDNOTES 1.
