Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 January 2012. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2001 . 4 Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in the common fund, Act s 19(1)(c)) (1) Section 4(2)(a), ‘3.85%’— omit, insert — ‘3.65%’. (2) Section 4(2)(b), ‘4.35%’— omit, insert — ‘4.15%’.
