Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 February 2009. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2001 . 4 Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in the common fund, Act s 19(1)(c)) (1) Section 4(2)(a), ‘4.50%’— omit, insert — ‘3.50%’. (2) Section 4(2)(b), ‘5.00%’— omit, insert— ‘4.00%’. 5 Amendment of sch 1 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund) Schedule 1, items 1(a) and (b) and 3, ‘3.75%’— omit, insert — ‘3.00%’.
