s1 2 s4 Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 No. 24, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 March 2006. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2001. 4 Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in the common fund, Act s 19(1)(c)) Section 4(2), (3)(a) and (3)(b), ‘4.7%’— omit, insert— ‘4.8%’.
