s1 2 s4 Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 No. 43, 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 May 2004. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2001. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund) (1) Schedule 1, item 1(a) and (b), ‘2.25%’— omit, insert— ‘2.4%’.
