s1 2 s4 Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 No. 89, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2001 . 3 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 May 2002. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund) (1) Schedule 1, item 1(a), ‘2.25%’— omit, insert — ‘2%’. (2) Schedule 1, item 1(b), ‘2.25%’— omit, insert — ‘2%’. (3) Schedule 1, item 1(c), ‘0.35%’— omit, insert — ‘0.25%’. (4) Schedule 1, item 3, ‘3.0%’— omit, insert — ‘2.5%’. ENDNOTES 1.
