s1 2 s4 Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 No. 117, 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 August 2001. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 1989. 4 Amendment of s 9 (Interest payable on moneys in the Common Fund) (1) Section 9(1)(a)(i) and (ii), ‘2.8%’— omit, insert — ‘2.5%’.
