s1 2 s4 Public Trustee Amendment (No. 1) No. 219, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 August 1998. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 1989 . ˙ Amendment of s 9 (Interest payable on moneys in the Common Fund) 4.(1) Section 9(1)(a)(i) and (ii), ‘4.75%’— omit, insert— ‘3.0%’. (2) Section 9(1)(a)(iii), from ‘at call—’— omit, insert— ‘at call—1.1%; and’. (3) Section 9(1)(b), ‘, being a rate not more than 4.75%,’— omit. (4) Section 9(1)(c), from ‘moneys—’— omit, insert— ‘moneys—3.0%; and’. (5) Section 9(1)(d), from ‘moneys—’— omit, insert— ‘moneys—1.1%.’.
