This regulation commences on 1 February 1997. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 1989 . ˙ Amendment of s 9 (Interest payable on moneys in the Common Fund) 4.(1) Section 9(1), ‘7.00%’— omit, insert— ‘6.5%’.
