2 Public Trustee Amendment (No. 1) No. 43, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Public Trustee Regulation 1989 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.5 (Interpretation) 3. Section 5— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Definitions ‘5. In this regulation— “eligible termination payment” has the meaning given by the Income TaxAssessment Act 1936 of the Commonwealth; “estate” means an estate under administration, and includes property that the Public Trustee is entitled to administer, manage or deal with. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.19 (Provision of legal assistance) 4.
