This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 April 1992.

2 Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 No. 59, 1992 Amended regulation 3. The Public Trustee Regulation 1989 is amended as set out in this regulation. Amendment of s.5 (Interpretation) 4. Section 5— insert— ‘ “eligible termination payment” has the same meaning as in the IncomeTax Assessment Act 1936 of the Commonwealth; ’. Amendment of s.10(1)(a)(ii) (Fees) 5. Section 10(1)(a)(ii)— after ‘ freehold or leasehold estate in land ’, insert ‘ , amounts of superannuation benefits and eligible termination payments ’. Amendment of s.10(1)(a)(ii)(D) (Fees) 6.
