An Act to amend the Public Trustee Act 1913 and the Protected Estates Act 1983 with respect to the funding of the Public Trust Office otherwise than by an annual appropriation from the Consolidated Fund; and for other

Public Trustee (Amendment) 1989
The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Public Trustee (Amendment) Act 1989.
Commencement
2. This Act shall be taken to have commenced on 1 July 1988.
Amendment of Public Trustee Act 1913 No. 19
The Public Trustee Act 1913 is amended by omitting sections 9 (3)
and 39.
Amendment of Public Trustee Regulations 1930
4. The Public Trustee Regulations 1930 are amended by omitting
Regulation 9.
Amendment of Protected Estates Act 1983 No. 179
The Protected Estates Act 1983 is amended by omitting section 8 (5).
