AN ACT to amend the Public Trustee Act, 1941-1972.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Public	and

Section 19

amended. 2. Section 19 of the principal Act is amended

(a)	by substituting for the words "the Admin- istration Act" in lines four and five of sub- section (1) the passage "the Death Duty Assessment Act, 1973"; and
(b)	by substituting for the passage "sections 64 (3) and 116 of the Administration Act, 1903-1939" in subsection (2), the passage "paragraphs (a), (c) and (d) of subsection (2) of section 13 and section 44 of the Death Duty Assessment Act, 1973".

Section 47

amended. 3. Section 47 of the principal Act is amended by repealing subsection (1) and re-enacting that sub- section as follows

(1) The Public Trustee shall keep, or cause to be kept, an index listing all estates in course of administration by him, and shall keep, or cause to be kept, an account of all his receipts, payments, and dealings in every such estate. .
