AN ACT to amend the Public Trustee Act,

1941-1968.

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Public and citation.

Amendment

Subsection (2) of section 38 of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words "two and a half", in lines two and three of subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (a), the word "four".

Subsection (4) of section 40 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the passage ", and the Public Trustee shall not charge or deduct any fee in respect of such credits", in lines seven and eight of paragraph (b).
