Act No. 58, 1975.

An Act to amend the Public Transport Commission Act, 1972, to provide that the office of a nominated com­ missioner on the Public Transport Commission shall not be an office or place of profit under the Crown. [Assented to, 9th October, 1975.]

"DE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by -D and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the “Public Transport Short title.

Commission (Amendment) Act, 1975”.

2. The Public Transport Commission Act, 1972, is

amended by inserting after section 7 (4) the following 53, 1972. ’

subsection :—
