Public Transport Authority Amendment

Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Public Transport Authority
Amendment Regulations 2016.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Public Transport Authority
Regulations 2003.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

Delete Schedule 1 item 1 and insert:

1.              The charge to be paid under regulation 32 for parking a vehicle in a paid parking station on a weekday for any 24 hour period is $2.00 including GST.
