[ASSENTED TO 18TH NOVEMBER, 1937.] B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- Short title 1. The Principal Act and this Act may collectively be cited as " The Public Service Superannuation Acts, 1912 to 1937." Amendment of the Principal Act. Amendment 2. Section ten of the Principal Act is amended as of s. 10. follows :_ The second paragraph of the said section is repealed and the following paragraph is inserted in lieu thereof, namely :- " puring a period of ten years, commencing on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty- seven, and· during a further period of ten years commencing on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, the moneys to the credit of the Fund shall be credited with interest at the rate of five pounds per centum per annum in accordance with the monthly balance; and during such periods as aforesaid the Consolidated Revenue is hereby charged with the payment of the said interest at the rate aforesaid.', * 3 Geo.
