1  Name

This instrument is the Public Service (Subsection 24(3)—Non-SES employees in the Marine Unit) Amendment Determination 2018.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Determination under subsection 24(3)— Non‑SES employees in the Marine Unit to be moved to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection by determination under paragraph 72(1)(a) of the Public Service Act 1999 on 1 July 2015

Add:

2.3              This clause has effect subject to clause 3.

2  Paragraph 3.1(a)

After “enterprise agreement”, insert “or workplace determination”.
