Public Service (Salaries) Regulations2 (Amendment)

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Minimum salaries payable to officers of Fourth Division—according to age

1. Regulation 11 of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting sub-paragraphs (2) (a) (i) and (ii) and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:

“(i) Assistant, Grade 1;

(ii) Clerical Assistant, Grade 1; or

(iii) Museum Assistant 1;”; and

(b) by omitting sub-paragraphs (3) (a) (i) and (ii) and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:

“(i) Assistant, Grade 1;

(ii) Clerical Assistant, Grade 1; or

(iii) Museum Assistant 1;”.

Allowances payable to certain officers of Fourth Division

2. Regulation 13 of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-paragraphs (2) (a) (i) and (ii) and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:

“(i) Assistant, Grade 1;

(ii) Clerical Assistant, Grade 1; or

(iii) Museum Assistant 1;”.

Schedule 1—Part I

3. Part I of Schedule 1 to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting Group 25b and substituting the following group:

“Group 25b

4. Part I of Schedule 3 to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after Group 94 the following group:

(b) by inserting after Group 216 the following group:
