THE PUBLIC
SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon
it by the Public Service Act 1922, hereby
makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following
Regulations.

Certain
officers of the Third Division to be paid at rates applicable to officers of
Fourth Division
1. Regulation 8 of the
Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended—
(a)
by omitting—
“Investigator”
and
substituting—
“Investigator
Limb
Maker and Fitter”;
(b)
by omitting—
“Principal
Telecommunications Technical Officer”
and
substituting—
“Principal
Telecommunications Technical Officer
Prosthetist”;
and
(c)
by omitting—
“Senior
Preventive Officer, Grade 2”
and
substituting—
“Senior
Preventive Officer, Grade 2
Senior
Prosthetist”.
Certain
officers of Fourth Division to be paid at rates applicable to officers of
Third
Division
2. Regulation 14 of the
Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting “Prosthetist”.

the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting Group 71a.

Commencement
5. Regulation 4 shall be
