REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1973.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1973, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations 

Certain officers of Third Division to be paid at rates applicable to officers of Fourth Division.

1. Regulation 8 of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by inserting after the words—

“ Flight Service Officer, Grade 3 ”

the words—

“ Food Service Adviser, Grade 1

Food Service Adviser, Grade 2

Food Service Adviser, Grade 3 ”.

Certain officers of Fourth Division to be paid at rates applicable to officers of Third Division.

2. Regulation 14 of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting before the words—

“ Instructor, Grade 1 ”

the words—

“ Food Service Manager, Grade 4

Food Service Manager, Grade 5

Food Service Manager, Grade 6 ”; and

(b) by inserting after the words—

“ Remedial Physical Training Instructor ”

the words—

“ Senior Food Service Adviser, Grade 1

Senior Food Service Adviser, Grade 2 ”.

3. Part I of the First Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
