REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922–1968.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922–1968 hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations 

Certain officers of Third Division to be paid at rates applicable to officers of Fourth Division.

1. Regulation 7 of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended.

(a) by inserting after the words—

“Airways Telecommunications Officer, Grade 4”

the words—

“Assistant Conservator”;

(b)by inserting after the words—

“Communications Officer”

the word—

“Conservator”; and

(c) by inserting after the words—

“Superintendent (Electrical Design)”

the words—

“Superintendent (Vertical Transportation)”.

Third Schedule.

2. Part I. of the Third Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended as set out in the Schedule to this Regulation.
