REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922–1968.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922–1968, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations 

First Schedule.

1. Part 1, of the First Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting Group 44 and inserting in its stead the following group:—

“Group 44

Executive Officer—

Department of the Environment, Aborigines and the Arts—

Office of the Australian Council for the Arts.............................................. 13,675”.

Third Schedule.

2.—(1.) Part I. of the Third Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

(2.) Part II. of the Third Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulation is amended by omitting Group 377 and inserting in its stead the following group:—

“Group 377
