REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922–1972*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922–1972, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations 

First Schedule— Part 1.

1. Part I. of the First Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting Group 13 and inserting in its stead the following group:—

“Group 13

Bacteriologist, Class 1	4,551–4,714–5,136–5,558–6,040–6,586–7,133
Bacteriologist, Class 2	7,498–7,807–8,113–8,421

(b) by omitting Group 97 and inserting in its stead the following group:—

First Schedule— Part IV.

2. Part IV. of the First Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting Group 5 and inserting in its stead the following group:—

“Group 5

Occupational Therapist, Class 2	5,883–6,201–6,519
