REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1972.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1972, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Dated this fourteenth day of September, 1972.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby approve the following Regulations.

Amendment of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations 

First Schedule.

1. Part I of the First Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by inserting after Group 16 the following group:—

“Group 10a

Chairman, Commonwealth Fire Board.......................................... 12.107–12,503–12,598”.

Third Schedule.

2.—(1.) Part I. of the Third Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended as set out in the Schedule 10 these Regulations.

(2.) Part IV. of the Third Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting Item 38 and inserting in its stead the following item:—
