REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1972.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1972, here by makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby approve the following Regulations.

AMENDMENTS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE (SALARIES) REGULATIONS 

First Schedule.

1.Part 1 of the First Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting Groups 63 and 63A and inserting in their stead the following groups:—

Group 63

Assistant Library Officer

3,850-4,050-4,250-4,450

Library Officer, Grade 1

4,650-4,850-5,050-5,250

Library Officer, Grade 2

5,450-5,650-3,850-6,050

Library Officer, Grade 3

6,250-6,450-6,650-6,850

Group 63A

Library Officer-in-training

3,850-4,050-4,250-4,450 ".

2.  Part VII. of the First Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting Item 2 and inserting in its stead the following items:—
