REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1973.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1973, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations 

Allowances payable to certain officers and employees of Third Division.

1. Regulation 9 of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2) the word and figure “ paragraph 1 ” and substituting the word and figure “ paragraph 3 ”.

First Schedule.

2. (1) Part I of the First Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

(2) Part V of the First Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting Item 5 and substituting the following item:—

“5  Dental Therapist-in-training.............................	Under 18 years	2,272

19 years	3,067
20 years	3,445”.

Third Schedule

3. (1) Part I of the Third Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended as set out in Schedule 2.

(2) Part III of the Third Schedule to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting Item 25 and substituting the following item:—
