REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1973.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1973, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations 

Salaries payable to officers of Second Division.

1. Regulation 5 of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting the table in that regulation and substituting the following table:—

2. Regulation 8 of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after the words—

“ Airways Telecommunications Officer, Grade 4 ”

the words—

“ Assistant Chief Preventive Officer ”;

(b) by inserting after the words—

“ Chief Illustrator ”

the words—

“ Chief Investigator

Chief Preventive Officer, Grade 1

Chief Preventive Officer, Grade 2 ”;

(c) by inserting after the words—

“ Illustrator, Grade 2 ”

the word—

“ Investigator ”;

(d) by inserting after the words—

“ Postal Officer, Grade 4 ”

the words—

“ Preventive Officer

Preventive Officer-in-training ”;

(e) by inserting after the words—

“ Senior Illustrator, Grade 2 ”

the words—

“ Senior Investigator ”;

(f) by inserting after the words—

(g) by inserting after the words—
