REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1974.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1974, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations 

Certain officers of Third Division to be paid at rates applicable to Officers of Fourth Division.

1. Regulation 8 of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by inserting after the words—

“ Food Service Adviser, Grade 3 ”

the words—

“ Graphic Design Assistant, Grade 1

Graphic Design Assistant, Grade 2

Graphic Designer, Grade 1

Graphic Designer, Grade 2

Graphic Designer, Grade 3

Graphic Designer, Grade 4

Graphic Designer, Grade 5 ”.

Schedule 1—Part I.

2. Part I of Schedule 1 to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after Group 15 the following group:—

“ Group 15a

Australian Government

Dairy Expert 18,642 ”; and

(b) by omitting Group 26.

Schedule 3—Part I.

3. Part I of Schedule 3 to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended as set out in the Schedule.

Schedule 3—Part III.

4. Part III of Schedule 3 to the Public Service. (Salaries) Regulations is amended by inserting after item 24 the following item:—
