REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT
1922-1974.*
THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and
exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1974,
hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following
Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service (Salaries)
Regulations
Certain officers of Third Division to be paid at
rates applicable to officers of Fourth Division.
1. Regulation 8 of the Public Service (Salaries)
Regulations is amended—
(a)
by omitting the words—
“ Chief Illustrator ”;
(b) by omitting the words—

2. Regulation 13 of the Public Service (Salaries)
Regulations is amended by omitting sub-paragraphs (iii), (iv) and (v) of
paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1) and substituting the following
sub-paragraphs:—
“ (iii) Graphic Design Assistant, Grade 1; or
(iv) Technical Assistant, Grade 1;”.
3. Regulation 14 of the Public
Service (Salaries) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:—
Certain officers of Fourth Division to be paid at
rates applicable to officers of Third Division.
“ 14. The scale of rates in accordance with which salary is payable to an
officer in the Fourth Division occupying one of the following
offices is the scale of rates in accordance with which salary is payable under
regulation 6 to an officer occupying an office in the Third Division having the
same designation:—
