REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1975.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1975, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations

Certain officers of Third Division to be paid at rates applicable to officers of Fourth Division.

1. Regulation 8 of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after the word—

“ Investigator ”

the words—

“ Navy Systems Technical Assistant

Navy Systems Technical Officer, Grade 1

Navy Systems Technical Officer, Grade 2 ”;

Notified is the Australian Government Gazette on 1 October 1975.

(b) by inserting after the words—

“ Senior Mail Officer ”

the words—

“ Senior Navy Systems Technical Officer, Grade 1

(c) by inserting after the words—

Schedule 1—Part I.

2. (1) Part I of Schedule 1 to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by inserting in Group 20 after the words—

“ Cadet Medical Laboratory Technologist;”

the words—

“ Cadet Naval Architect;”.

(2) Part I of Schedule 1 to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

Schedule 1—Part V.

3. Part V of Schedule 1 to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by inserting in item 2 after the words—

“ Cadet Medical Laboratory Technologist;”

the words—

“ Cadet Naval Architect;”.

Schedule 2—Part I.

4. Part I of Schedule 2 to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by inserting after item 1 the following items:—
