REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1975.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1975, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Administrator, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations 

Certain officers of Third Division to be paid at rates applicable to officers of Fourth Division.

1. Regulation 8 of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after the words—

“ Graphic Designer, Grade 5 ”

the words—

“ Head Teacher (Technical) ”;

(b) by inserting after the words—

“ Preventive Officer-in-training ” the words—

“ Principal Head Teacher (Technical) ”;

(c) by inserting after the words—

“ Senior Electrical Technical Officer, Grade 3 ” the words—

“ Senior Head Teacher (Technical) ”; and

(d) by inserting after the words—

“ Supervisor (Telegraph) ”

the words—

“ Teacher (Technical) ”.

Schedule 3—Part I.

2. Part I of Schedule 3 to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by inserting after Group 317 the following group:—
