REGULATIONS
UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 19221
THE PUBLIC
SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon
it by the Public Service Act 1922,
hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following
Regulations.

that Part the following item:

| Trainee Air Traffic
Controller.....
| An
officer who— (a) has commenced a training course on or after 1
January 1979; and
|
(b) is actually performing flight data duties, shall
be paid an allowance at the rate of $322.”. |
