REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 19221

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

AMENDMENTS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE (SALARIES) REGULATIONS2

Certain officers of Third Division to be paid at rates applicable to officers of Fourth Division

1. Regulation 8 of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting—

“Chief Investigator, Grade 2”

and substituting—

“Chief Investigator, Grade 2

Chief Press Photographer”.

Schedule 3—Part I

2. Part I of Schedule 3 to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by inserting after Group 251 the following group:
