REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 19221

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations2

Certain officers of Third Division to be paid at rates applicable to officers of Fourth Division

 1.Regulation 8 of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting —

 “Senior Technical Officer (Surveying), Grade 2”

and substituting —

 “Senior Technical Officer (Surveying), Grade 2

 Senior Technical Officer (Surveying), Grade 3”.

Schedule 3 — Part I

 2. Part I of Schedule 3 to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended —

  • (a)

    by inserting after Group 8 the following group:

 “Group 8A

Apprenticeship Inspector, Grade 1

 13,216-13,572-13,925-14,282

Apprenticeship Inspector, Grade 2

 16,022”;

  • (b)

    by omitting Group 152; and

  • (c)

    by omitting Group 339 and substituting the following group:

 “Group 339

 Technical Officer (Surveying), Grade 1 11,433-11,792-12,148-12,511- 12,864-13,217-13,571-   13,923

 Technical Officer (Surveying), Grade 2 14,276-14,663-15,049

Senior Technical Officer (Surveying), Grade 1

Senior Technical Officer (Surveying), Grade 3
