REGULATION UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 19221

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

AMENDMENTS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE (SALARIES REGULATIONS2

Certain officers of Third Division to be paid at rates applicable to officers of Fourth Division

 1. Regulation 8 of the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting —

  “Flight Service Officer, Grade 4”

and substituting —

 “Flight Service Officer, Grade 4

 Flight Surveyor, Grade 1

 Flight Surveyor, Grade 2

 Flight Surveyor, Grade 3”.

Schedule 1Part I

 2. Part I of Schedule 1 to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended —

  • (a)

    by omitting Group 20; and

  • (b)

    by omitting Group 35.

Schedule 3Part I

 3. Part I of Schedule 3 to the Public Service (Salaries) Regulations is amended —

  • (a)

    by omitting from Grou p 73 —

 “11,785–12,024”

 and substituting—

 “13,420–13,679”;

  • (b)

    by inserting after Group 108 the following group:

“Group 108A

 “Flight Surveyor, Grade 1................................................. 15,720–16,216–16,713

  Flight Surveyor, Grade 2 ................................................ 18,348–18,874–19,400

 Flight Surveyor, Grade 3 ................................................ 20,219”;

 and

  • (c)

    by omitting Group 347.

NOTES
