PUBLIC SEUYICE SAL ABIES

(JUDGES) AMENDMENT ACT.

Act No. 57, 1935.

An Act to exclude from the provisions of the George v. Public Service Salaries Act, 1931-1935, the^°‘^-— Chief Justice and the puisne judges of the

Supreme Court, the Judge of the Land and Valuation Court, the judges of the District Court and certain persons having the status of a Supreme Court judge or of a District Court judge; for this purpose to amend section three of the said Act; and for pur­ poses connected therewith. [Assented to, IGth December, 1935.]

j r> E it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty,

by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­

lative Council and Legislative Assenildy of Xow South

Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows ;—

1. This Act may be cited as the “ Public Service Shorttuia.

Salaries (Judges) Amendment Act, 1935.”
