T )E it enacted by tlie King’s Most Excellent Majesty, I > by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Public Service

Salaries (Further Amendment) Act, 1932.”

2 . The Public Servico Salaries Act, 1931-1932, is

anieiided as follows:—

Sec. 4.

(a) (i) by omitting from paragraph (i) of the pro­ words “ one hundred and ninety-seven” and by inserting in lieu thereof the words “ one hundred and sixty-eight” ;

(ii)  by omitting from paragraph (ii) of the same proviso the words “ one hundred and seven” and by inserting in lieu thereof the

(b) (i) by omitting from paragraph (a) of subsec­ tion two of the same section the words “ three hundred ” and by inserting in lieu thereof the words “ two hundred and sixty- eight” ;

(ii) (a) by omitting from paragraph (b) of the same subsection the words “ three hundred ” and by inserting in lieu thereof the words “ two hundred and sixty-eight” ;

(b)

by omitting from the same paragraph the words “ below two hundred and sixty-eight ” and by inserting in lieu thereof the words “ below two hundred and forty-one” ;

(c)

by inserting in subsection two of sec­ tion four after the word “ widower” the words “ or a divorced person” and after the word “ widow” the words “ or a divorced person.”
