REGULATION UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulation.

AMENDMENT OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS 

Lapsing of recreation leave credits —general provisions

Regulation 48 of the Public Service Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (5) “ 1978 ” (first occurring) and substituting “ 1979 ”;

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (5) “ 1976 ” and substituting “ 1977 ”; and

(c) by omitting from sub-regulation (5) “ October 1978 ” and substituting “ May 1979 ”.
