Public Service Regulations2 (Amendment)

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulation.

Lapsing of recreation, leave credits—general provisions

Regulation 48 of the Public Service Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (5) “ 1980 ” (first occurring) and substituting “ 1981 ”;

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (5) “ 1978 ” and substituting “ 1979 ”; and

(c) by omitting from sub-regulation (5) “ May 1980 ” and substituting “ April 1981 ”.
