Public Service Regulations2 (Amendment)

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred, upon it by the Public Service Act 1922, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulation.

Camping and lodging allowance

Regulation 89 of the Public Service Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (2) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(a) if a cook is provided by the Department—at the rate of $8.90 per day; and”;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (2) “$4.30” and substituting “$5.20”;

(c) by omitting sub-regulation (4);

(d) by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (5A) “$2.85” and substituting “$3.20”;

(c) by omitting from paragraph (d) of sub-regulation (5A) “$2.85” and substituting “$3.20”; and

(f) by omitting sub-regulation (7).
