Public Service Regulations2 (Amendment)

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922,hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 22 July 1983.

Repeal of regulations 63, 64 and 64A

2. Regulations 63, 64 and 64a of the Public Service Regulations are repealed.

Repeal of regulations 66 and 67

3. Regulations 66 and 67 of the Public Service Regulations are repealed.

Sunday duty

4. Regulation 70 of the Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulations (1), (2), (3), (5), (5a), (6) and (7).

Repeal of regulation 99

5. Regulation 99 of the Public Service Regulations is repealed.
