Public Service Regulations2 (Amendment)

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922,hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulation.

After regulation 171 of the Public Service Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Public authority for the purposes of Part IV of the Act

“ 171aa. For the purposes of paragraph (d) of the definition of ‘public authority’ in sub-section 87 (1) of the Act, the following body corporate, being an association incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Ordinance 1933 of the Australian Capital Territory, is prescribed, namely, Calvary Hospital A.C.T. Incorporated.” .
