Public Service Regulations2 (Amendment)

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922,hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulation.

Regulation 171aa of the Public Service Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Public authorities for the purposes of Part IV of the Act

“171aa. (1) For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of ‘public authority’ in sub-section 87 (1) of the Act, the following body corporate, being a body corporate, other than a Commonwealth authority, in which the Commonwealth or a Commonwealth authority has a direct or indirect pecuniary interest, is prescribed, namely, the Australian Aircraft Consortium Pty. Limited.

“(2) For the purposes of paragraph (d) of the definition of ‘public authority’ in sub-section 87 (1) of the Act, the following body corporate, being an association incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Ordinance 1953 of the Australian Capital Territory, is prescribed, namely, Calvary Hospital A.C.T. Incorporated.”.
