“171aa. (1) For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of ‘public authority’ in sub-section 87(1) of the Act, each body corporate specified in Column 2 of Schedule 3a in an item in that Schedule, being a body corporate, other than a Commonwealth authority, in which the Commonwealth or a Commonwealth authority has a direct or indirect pecuniary interest, is prescribed.
“(2) For the purposes of paragraph (d) of the definition of ‘public authority’ in sub-section 87 (1) of the Act, each body corporate specified in Column 2 of Schedule 3b in an item in that Schedule is prescribed.”.
