THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922,hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulation.

Application of Public Service Act to certain offices of A.C.T. authorities

Regulation 4a of the Public Service Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “Capital Territory Health Commission” and substituting “Australian Capital Territory Health Authority”;

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “Health Commission Ordinance 1975” and substituting “Health Services Ordinance 1975”; and

(c) by omitting from sub-regulation (2) “Capital Territory Health Commission” and substituting “Australian Capital Territory Health Authority”.
