Public Service Regulations2 (Amendment)

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922,hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Schedule 3a

1. Schedule 3a to the Public Service Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from the heading “PARAGRAPH 87 (1) (b)” and substituting “PARAGRAPH (b) OF THE DEFINITION OF ‘PUBLIC AUTHORITY’ IN SUB-SECTION 87 (1)”; and

(b) by inserting after item 2 the following item:

“3 ANUTECH Pty. Ltd.”.

Schedule 3b

2. Schedule 3bto the Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting from the heading “PARAGRAPH 87 (1) (d)” and substituting “PARAGRAPH (d) OF THE DEFINITION OF ‘PUBLIC AUTHORITY’ IN SUB-SECTION 87 (1)”.
