Public Service Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Public Service Act 1922.

Approved programs for the purposes of paragraph 33 (4) (b) of the Act

Regulation 71b of the Public Service Regulations is amended by inserting before paragraph (a) the following paragraphs:

“(aa) the Aboriginal Cadetship program;

(ab) the Aboriginal Technical Traineeship program;”.
