Public Service Regulations2 (Amendment)

1, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Public Service Act 1922.

Creation and constitution of Joint Council

Regulation 72b of the Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (1) (e) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(e) 9 representatives of organisations of officers and employees nominated by the Australian Council of Trade Unions.”.
